Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from this coming week (18-24 May 2020) and this year's theme is kindness. Organised by the Mental Health Foundation, the week aims to raise awareness and to promote the message of good mental health for all. Kindness and mental health are deeply connected. This is a challenging time for everyone. Please remember to look after your physical and mental health during this time. The internet is an amazing resource that allows us to do and learn all sorts of things. At this time it is an invaluable way of communicating and providing learning for our families. However, with lots of children spending more time online during the lock-down it is really important to remember the key safety rules.
