School Development Plan 17/18
This year the Staff and Governors have decided to work with two different development plans. The aim is to separate out the detail of the previous School Development Plan with a more accessible plan for all members of our school community to support.
Our Whole School Development Plan follows consultation, surveys and discussions with parents, children and staff about how to approach making our school even better and want to include all stakeholders in our 3 main priorities. We have taken this feedback and formulated a plan for all members of the school community to work on.
The School Leadership Plan is a more detailed and focused strategy to support the work of the school and ensure we are maintaining standards while moving forward with key themes in education.
