Our School Development Plan provides the school at every level with an overview of what the school has decided are the key aspects for improvement. These targets are established as a result of consultation with all our stakeholders and responsibility for each target is distributed through the staff and governors of the school. The headteacher will track the progress against each of the targets and regularly RAG rates the target which is presented to the staff and governors. In the summer term the Senior Leadership Team will facilitate a consultation process with all the stakeholders (children who attend our school, their parents, our staff and the governors who help lead the school) and their views on the future development of the school will be taken in to consideration as we start to plan for the next academic year.
