We want our governing board to reflect the diversity of our school community. 

We are always interested in hearing from skilled people who would like to join our team and are currently looking for expertise in IT, AI, cybersecurity, data analysis, property/estate management or legal knowledge. We expect all governors to have a visible, approachable leadership style and high aspirations.

Different people bring new ideas and perspectives and there is real scope to make a difference. We particularly welcome enquiries from Black, Asian and racially minoritised, disabled, and LGBTQ+ applicants, as well as those who have lived experience of the care system or who were eligible for free school meals during their education, because these groups are currently under-represented in our school governance. 

As a member of the Disability Confident Scheme, we interview all disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria for any vacancy in our school.
